By accessing or using SIN, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Creator profiles and campaigns
Creators agree to provide truthful profile information. Brands and institutions are responsible for the lawfulness of their campaigns and briefs. SIN may moderate, verify, or remove content or accounts to protect users and comply with law.
5. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Services—including attempting to breach security, scrape data without permission, harass users, distribute malware, or infringe intellectual property. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual property
The SIN name, branding, and site content (excluding user-generated content) are protected. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a licence to host, display, and operate the Services as described in our policies and campaign flows.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that partnerships will result in specific outcomes. Verified status reflects our process at a point in time and does not constitute an endorsement of every post or statement by a creator.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Swiss law, EMB Solutions and SIN are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Our aggregate liability arising from these terms is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any), or CHF 100 if no fees applied—whichever is greater, subject to mandatory provisions.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by substantive Swiss law. The courts at the registered seat of EMB Solutions shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
